I made an appointment online with a detailed description of the problem. I then received a text asking for a 50% deposit and asking me what the problem was. I asked them to call as I very clearly laid out the problem in the notes section when I booked my appointment. They did call back quickly and I described the issue again and also requested an AC recharge to which they responded that they had a promotion going on for an AC diagnostic and recharge for the cost of a recharge so I said I wanted that as well. A little while later I get a message that I should bring my car to the shop. This is after I told them that the only reason I called in the first place was because I couldn’t take it to a shop. So, not only did I have to repeat myself about the issue and why I needed a mobile mechanic, they wouldn’t even come to do the diagnostic or AC. Why bother having a mobile mechanic if you’re going to tell potential customers to bring it to a shop?? Very very disappointing.

Cara is an amazing mobile repair company! The customer service is EXCEPTIONAL, they know how to treat people. Very kind and great communication. My mechanic, Jonas, was on time, worked quickly and professionally, and repaired the issue. They stick to their quotes! I feel I can trust them and will use them again! It’s becoming harder and harder to find good honest service and having Cara nearby in Yonkers makes me feel great. Use them!!! Don’t wait!

Very good business. Jerry assisted me for the second time now and he’s a true expert every time, not to mention he’s very chill and let you know exactly everything about your car that you may need to be aware of while completing the task. Great service always. Highly recommended

I’ve used this company for my last two oil changes. Needless to say, there’s no going back. The convenience of having them show up to your home and finish in a timely manner is worth every penny. Jonas has been my mechanic both times. His expertise is unmatched. I’ll be using them every car service possible. Yes, they’re THAT good.
